A fun-packed adventure into the world of Theatre, ending in a specially written performance of a popular story. Children and young people (4-16 years) are entertained with dancing, singing, drama, percussion, games, and face painting.
For those who enjoy the theatre but would prefer not to perform, our backstage classes give them the chance to go behind the scenes and get involved with technical back-up (lighting, sound and special effects) and stage design. A great opportunity to get their hands dirty and find out how things work behind the scenes.

THEATRE WORKSHOPS
FOR 8 – 20 YEAR OLDS
In Dance, Choreography, Drama, Combat, Street Jazz, Theatre skills, Circus skills, Performance preparation, Aerial training, prop handling, Musical Theatre & Much more.
From Monday 5 - Friday 9 April
- Monday 5 April: Fosse Dance Day (As used in West Ends ‘Chicago’) – An opportunity to enjoy this unusual style of dance.
- Tuesday 6 April: Drama & Combat Day – get involved in working on those drama skills along with the art of combat (stage fighting).
- Wednesday 7 April: Street jazz Dance Day – A must for those with a lot of energy to spare, Including Hip Hop and ‘Diversity’ Style.
- Thursday 8 April: Theatre & Circus Day – A day not to be missed this specialist workshop gives you the opportunity to some Aerial skills as well as understanding the preparation of performance.
- Friday 9 April: ‘Glee’ Theatre Day & Performance
A ‘challenge Anika’ style day, when at the end of the workshop friends and family get to see your musical theatre skills with the fantastic music from ‘Glee’
