Drinking with Angelika

The coldest Christmas Eve since 1963 and a small group of strangers take refuge from the snow in a small unwelcoming bar in the middle of nowhere.
Unsure of how they all arrived at the remote bar, questions begin to arise about the reasons why they have all been brought together and why they can not simply leave and return to their everyday lives. 15 individuals, each harbouring a secret… a story… a confession.
As the shocking truths about their lives are revealed, many secrets thought buried forever, are unearthed as each person is brought to account for one random day from their lives.
Who is Angelika? and who are the two other residents of this forgotten bar, what is their story and where did they come from? And how do they know so many personal details about the group of individuals?
Is this place real? Why isn't it on any map and why does it seem as if time itself is on hold?
These Granville shows are the first public performances of this new musical with a talented local cast.
